RNA \u2013 Speaking at a general meeting with the deputies, directors and employees of the \u200eHeadquarters for Cooperation Between the Islamic Seminaries and Education in Qom, Hujjat \u200eal-Islam Sayyed Mojtaba Maleki offered his sympathies on the days of mourning for Imam \u200eal-Husayn as well as the martyrdom of a group of brave compatriots in the terrorist attack in \u200eAhvaz on September 22nd and also honoured Sacred Defence Week, which marks the \u200ebeginning of the Iran-Iraq War. \u200e<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The advisor to the Minister of Education said that this year, the first of the month of Mehr \u200e\u200e(September 23rd) marks the first day of classes at more than 100,000 thousand schools \u200eacross Iran and said, \u201cWith the efforts and measures by our colleagues in cultural \u200eorganizations, 14 million students have started their first day of studies for the 1397-1398 \u200e\u200e(2018-2019) school year.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

He pointed to the harmonization of the month of Mehr and the days of grief for the Ahlul-\u200eBayt and said, \u201cWe hope that our colleagues in cultural organizations, managers and policy \u200emakers in educational affairs institutionalize the message of Ashura and the culture of \u200esacrifice and martyrdom in the generations who will take the helm of the country\u2019s future in \u200etheir hands.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

Hujjat al-Islam Maleki referred to the tradition of the Prophet Muhammad wherein he said, \u200e\u200e\u201cSurely, there exists in the hearts of the believers with respect to the martyrdom of Imam al-\u200eHusayn a heat that never subsides\u201d and said, \u201cThis narration has a lot to say for the \u200efollowers of the Ahlul-Bayt and the warmth of Imam al-Husayn\u2019s love must not only be \u200esummarized through self-flagellation and in the form of mourning ceremonies and groups.\u201d \u200e<\/p>\n

The head of the Headquarters for Cooperation Between the Islamic Seminaries and \u200eEducation explained that love of Ahlul-Bayt in practice is manifested in their commands and \u200eorders and noted, \u201cIn this regard, Imam al-Sajjad said, \u2018The most hated people to God are \u200ethose who choose the lifestyle and tradition of the Imam but does not follow his example.\u2019\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

He noted that according to this statement by Imam al-Sajjad, if anyone claims to follow the \u200eschool of Ashura, this claim must be manifested and exemplified in that person\u2019s actions and \u200ebehaviour and his behaviour and nature must have a Husayni influence.\u200e<\/p>\n

Hujjat al-Islam Maleki said that the conflict between truth and falsehood and the struggle \u200ebetween reason and actions of mankind has always existed and said, \u201cThe true followers of \u200eImam al-Husayn must always be exposed to divine tests because history is always repeated \u200ein regard to time and place. Ashura and Karbala is an example of this and this based on the \u200efact that Imam al-Sadiq said, \u2018Everyday is Ashura and every land is Karbala.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

In conclusion, he said, \u201cThe beginning of the month of Mehr is an opportunity to \u200einstitutionalize the culture of Ashura in a generation what will take the helm of the affairs of \u200ethe country in the future and if we serve the aspirations of the martyrs and the intentions of \u200ethe Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution [Ayatollah Khamenei] with the inspiration of \u200ethe culture of Ashura with pure intentions, we will witness the consolidation of the aspirations \u200eof the Islamic Revolution.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n
