RNA \u2013 In his annual message on the occasion of Arba\u2019in al-Husayn, Ayatollah Sayyid \u200eMuhammad-Taqi al-Modarresi, a senior Iraqi scholar wrote, \u201cOn the Day of Ashura, Imam al-\u200eHusayn said, \u2018Is there any protector to defend the women of the Messenger of God? Is \u200ethere any monotheist who fears God through us? Is there any aide who would seek God \u200ethrough aiding us? Is there any helper who would seek the rewards from God through \u200ehelping us?\u2019 You pilgrims responded to the sorrowful cry of the Master of the Martyrs [Imam \u200eal-Husayn] and shouted the cry of \u2018Labbayk Ya Husayn\u2019 [\u2018We are at your service, Oh \u200eHusayn!\u2019] with your hearts.\u2019\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

He said that the pilgrims of Imam al-Husayn are considered as the \u201cguests of God Almighty\u201d \u200eand added, \u201cIn a hadith from Imam Ali al-Ridha, it is said, \u2018Whomsoever was to visit the \u200egrave of Abi Abdullah al-Husayn by the Euphrates river is similar to the one who has visited \u200eGod Almighty above His throne.\u2019\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

Ayatollah al-Modarresi emphasized that Karbala is considered a piece of paradise and added, \u200e\u200e\u201cMillions of pilgrims visit this sacred place and due to God Almighty\u2019s pardoning, they are \u200ehopeful of the forgiveness of their sins of the past and future.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

He considered the accounting of the soul as necessary and said, \u201cThe pilgrims of Imam al-\u200eHusayn must take account of their soul such that they remember the sins that they have \u200ecommitted in the past and seek forgiveness and be resolute that they will not repeat their \u200epast mistakes.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

Ayatollah al-Modarresi stated, \u201cThe pilgrims of Imam al-Husayn are in paradise so they must \u200ebe vigilant about the temptations of Satan because, just as Satan caused the father of \u200emankind, Prophet Adam, to fall from paradise, if man has sworn to the actions of this \u200eenemy that he will not be vigilant, it is possible that he may also be ensnared by its tricks \u200eand allow it to find a way to enter his heart.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n
