RNA \u2013 In his Friday prayer sermon to a large and fervent crowd of believers at Qom\u2019s Qods \u200ePrayer Hall, Ayatollah Alireza Arafi referred to recent events occurring in Western countries, \u200eespecially the ongoing situation in France, and added, \u201cToday, we say to the Westerners that \u200etheir tyranny against the oppressed people of the world over the past several centuries will \u200eseize them by the neck. These are the first signs of the uprising of the people and in this \u200eregard, the authorities of the West must either surrender to the uprisings or must offer \u200ecompensation for their past mistakes in a rational manner.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

The head of the Islamic Seminaries of Iran pointed out that there are fundamental problems \u200ein the Western civilizational, social and political approaches and noted, \u201cThe Islamic \u200eRevolution of Iran is ready to introduce the fundamental problems of the West to them. \u200eCome and listen to the truth and know that the path you are making is wrong.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

He pointed out that in regard to the issue of human rights in Islamic countries, Westerners \u200ehave whitewashed the executioners of history, including Yemen and Bahrain, and said, \u201cAt \u200eleast, you must be soft with your own people and respect human rights in your own \u200ecountries, at least on the streets of Paris, Washington and New York.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

Ayatollah Arafi stated the resolution by the United States Senate which calls for an end to \u200eAmerican involvement in the Saudi-UAE-led military campaign in Yemen confesses to four \u200eyears of bombing and oppression against the oppressed people of Yemen and said, \u201cToday, \u200eDonald Trump has said that he doesn\u2019t accept this resolution.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

The member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom added, \u201cIn another resolution, the \u200eCrown Prince of Saudi Arabia [Muhammad ibn Salman] was introduced as the issuer of the \u200ecommand to murder [Saudi journalist] Jamal Khashoqji and these issues return to him.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cIn Iraq, Yemen, Bahrain, Syria, Afghanistan and other countries, they have been \u200ethe supporters of the oppressors and sometimes they admit this. These are hypocritical and \u200edelayed actions.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

Ayatollah Arafi stated that Iranian officials must know that they must not adhere to such \u200epeople, said, \u201cThey have imposed oppressive sanctions on Iran but, by the grace of God, \u200ethe people of Iran and the oppressed people of the world will overcome these enemies of \u200ehumanity.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
