RNA \u2013 Speaking to a group of students at Qom\u2019s al-Murtadha University, Grand Ayatollah \u200eMohammad-Ali Alavi-Gorgani reiterated the necessity of correct religious propagation across \u200ethe world and said, \u201cWhat matters the most is that we must promote Islam with kind \u200ewords.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

The revered source of emulation described Islam as \u201ca discursive and rational religion\u201d \u200eadding, \u201cWe never seek to impose religion to anyone by force but if we know the correct \u200eway of conveying the concept of religion, we will gain results.\u201d\u200e

\n\u200e\u201cWithout doubt it\u2019s us, the seminarians, who fail in the duties which we must perform \u200ebecause Islam itself has truth and can attract people all by itself,\u201d he noted.\u200e<\/p>\n

Ayatollah Alavi-Gorgani described the current power of Shi\u2019ism and the Islamic Seminaries as \u200e\u200e\u201cunparalleled\u201d and added, \u201cOne of the seminarians was telling me that when he went to \u200eAfrica on a mission and many Wahhabis initially prevented him from undertaking his duties \u200ebut later, when they saw his logic, they couldn\u2019t do anything against him.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

The renowned teacher in the Islamic Seminary of Qom stated, \u201cThe clergy are no longer the \u200eweak and lower class in society and must not be afraid of the enemies and problems made \u200eby atheists. They must keep in mind that according to a narration from Holy Prophet \u200eMuhammad \u2018Islam is always superior to other schools and nations,\u2019 if you make steps in the \u200eright path of promoting religion, you\u2019ll surely be successful.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

Referring to the verse of the Holy Quran, \u201cHold on with power to what We have given you \u200eand remember that which is in it so that you may be Godwary\u2019 [2:63], he said, \u201cThe Quran \u200esays: \u2018Take the truths of religion with power and explain for the people that which they will \u200esurely accept. Today the world has understood that Islam is a complete and satisfactory \u200ereligion to God and for this reason, missionaries, especially those seminarians who are \u200efamiliar with foreign languages, must be able to take steps in this direction.\u201d\u200e

\nAyatollah Alavi-Gorgani said, \u201cUndoubtedly, the day will come when the world will be under \u200ethe grip of power of Islam and Muslims, so we must not underestimate religious propagation \u200eand take it seriously.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n
