Prophet Adam (a)<\/span><\/p>\n

Allah made the mountains and the seas.<\/span>
\nHe made all the animals.
\nHe made the heavens and the stars.<\/span><\/p>\n

He made the sun and the moon
\nand he made the angels.
\nThe angels were like Allah’s servants
\nand did everything He ordered.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then Allah decided to make a man.
\nHe called this first man Adam.
\nHe taught him many things
\nso that Adam had more knowledge
\nthan the angels.<\/span><\/p>\n

There was one Jinn,
\ncalled Iblis and he thought
\nhe was better than Adam
\nso Allah would not let him
\nstay with the other angels. <\/span><\/p>\n

He was to be called
\n‘Shaytan’, the Devil.
\nShaytan\u00a0blamed Adam for what had
\nhappened to him and was very angry.<\/span><\/p>\n

Allah let Adam live in
\na beautiful place because
\nhe was good. The place was
\ncalled Paradise.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was a very nice place but
\nAdam was a little lonely,
\non his own all of the time.
\nAllah decided to help Adam.
\nHe made Hawa to be Adam’s wife.
\nThey were happy and
\nliked living in Paradise.<\/span><\/p>\n

There was, however,
\none thing they were not allowed to do.
\nThere was a special
\ntree and Allah had told them they must not
\neat any fruit from that tree.<\/span><\/p>\n

At first Adam and Hawa were
\nvery good and kept away
\nfrom the tree.
\nShaytan decided to do
\nsomething very naughty.<\/span><\/p>\n

He told them they were silly
\nto keep away from the tree.
\nHe said nothing would happen
\nif they ate its fruit.
\nHe said the fruit was delicious
\nand they should try it.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

After a while they began to
\nlisten to Shaytan and thought
\nthey would have just a little
\ntaste of the fruit, just to see
\nwhat it was like.
\nShaytan was very happy because
\nhe had made them disobey Allah.<\/span><\/p>\n

As soon as they had eaten
\nthe fruit,
\nAdam and Hawa
\nrealised that they had been
\nvery naughty and
\nthey felt guilty
\nfor what they had done.<\/span><\/p>\n

Allah forgave them
\nBut He wouldn’t let them
\nstay in Paradise any more
\nSo He sent them to live on earth.<\/span><\/p>\n
