\nThe member of the board of directors of the Assembly of Experts \u200eadded, \u201cSome of the \u200ebarriers to the implementation of social justice are related to the officials and some others \u200eare due to the people. The officials and executors of society must remove the barriers to \u200esocial justice. The first obstacle for the managers and officials is that sometimes managers \u200edon\u2019t have the right to hear the truth and they aren\u2019t familiar with the realities of society.\u201d\u200e

\nHe \u200edescribed the Hajj a source of love, fraternity and affection between Muslims and added, \u200e\u200e\u201cThe Supreme Leader ordered that the ranks of the Islamic Ummah to unite. Referring to the anniversary of United States Navy\u2019s strike on Iran Air Flight 655 which \u200eoccurred on July 3, 1988, Ayatollah Hoseyni-Bushehri \u200ecalled for an explanation of American \u200ehuman rights and \u200eadded, \u201cThe criminal case of the United States has been very black from \u200eAugust 19, 1953 [the overthrow of the democratically elected Iranian Prime Minister, \u200eMohammad Mosaddegh] until today and a week or a month hasn\u2019t gone by where we \u200ehaven\u2019t witnessed a crime against Iran and the Islamic Ummah. There is a long list of \u200eAmerican criminal and anti-humanitarian actions but through these criminal actions, the \u200eUnited States accuses other countries of not respecting human rights and imposes pressure \u200eon them through various means.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

The secretary of the Supreme Council of the Islamic Seminary referred to the disloyal actions \u200eof the opposing sides in regard to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and said, \u200e\u200e\u201cIt has been one year since the United States withdrew from the JCPOA and since that day, \u200ethey have imposed a number of sanctions on us. The expectation of the officials was that \u200ethe European countries would fulfill the rights and demands of Iran but behind the podium, \u200ethe Europeans were saying that the JCPOA must remain intact but they didn\u2019t even take one \u200estep on this path.\u201d\u200e

\nHe \u200eadded, \u201cAfter a year of patience on the part of the Islamic system, it was decided that if \u200ethe opposing sides didn\u2019t comply with their obligations, they would reduce their obligations. \u200eWe have already taken two actions and in two days we will pursue the reduction of the \u200esecond step of our obligations. Henceforth, we don\u2019t recognize any limits to enrich uranium. \u200eIn regard to the issues of enrichment and Arak, we will return to the pre-JCPOA situation.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

Ayatollah Hoseyni-Bushehri said, \u201cThe strategy of the enemies is to impose pressure on the \u200eIranian people and the officials in order to force the officials to negotiate. One once hand, \u200ethey impose sanctions and on the other hand, they speak about negotiations.\u201d\u200e

\nThe vice-president of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom \u200econdemned the foolish \u200eactions of the United States in sanctioning the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution \u200e\u200e(Ayatollah Khamenei) and continued, \u201cOne of the things that demonstrates the irrationality of \u200ethe Americans is the sanctioning \u200eof the dear and wise Supreme Leader. The Americans don\u2019t \u200eknow Iran, the region, the world and the imam and leader of the community.\u201d\u200e

\nHe has said, \u201cA person like the Supreme Leader, who has millions of followers around the \u200eworld, is not afraid of the threats. This same experience was done during the Shah\u2019s time so \u200ethat the funds wouldn\u2019t reach the Imam but the people moved against the demands of the \u200etyrants and the result was the victory of the Islamic Revolution.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

Ayatollah Hoseyni-Bushehri \u200esaid, \u201cThe fact that you sanction the Supreme Leader is ridiculed \u200eby the Iranian people because they wonder what goes on in the heads of the American \u200eofficials that they act like this.
