{"id":17102,"date":"2019-08-10T16:41:52","date_gmt":"2019-08-10T16:41:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wilayah.info\/en\/?p=17102"},"modified":"2019-08-10T16:41:52","modified_gmt":"2019-08-10T16:41:52","slug":"chastity-and-%e2%80%8ehijab-is-a-political-weapon-in-addition-to-a-religious-duty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wilayah.info\/en\/chastity-and-%e2%80%8ehijab-is-a-political-weapon-in-addition-to-a-religious-duty\/","title":{"rendered":"Chastity and \u200ehijab is a political weapon in addition to a religious duty"},"content":{"rendered":"<section>\n<div class=\"row subtitle-box\">\n<div class=\"subtitle row\">Hujjat al-Islam Madani said that the issue of chastity and \u200ehijab \u200eis a political weapon in \u200eaddition to being a religious duty and added, \u201c\u200eWe are engaging in a serious battle today.\u201d\u200e<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"body row\">RNA \u2013 Speaking at the \u201cChastity and the Hijab\u201d Conference which was held by the Chastity \u200eand \u200eHijab Committee along with al-Zahra University in Qom\u200e, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed \u200eMahmoud Madani, the dean of this university and said, \u201cThe origin of poor hijab is more of a \u200epolitical discussion than a discussion on natural pleasure.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n<p>Explaining that the issue of hijab and chastity is political weapon in addition to being a \u200ereligious duty, he added, \u201cWe are engaging in a serious battle today.\u201d\u200e<br \/>\n\u200e \u200e<br \/>\nHe added, \u201cWe have a legal limitation in regard to the discussion of hijab and chastity and \u200ethat is the boundary of what which is obligatory and that which is forbidden and we have a \u200esecurity and protective boundary that prevents us from reaching the boundaries of what \u200ewhich is obligatory and that which is forbidden. We also have a boundary of precaution \u200ewhich we must not cross.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n<p>Hujjat al-Islam Madani\u200e stated, \u201cThe next issue is the limit of security \u200ewhich we must observe. \u200eIn this regard, the regulations of chastity and hijab were discussed in the council of al-Zahra \u200eUniversity for several months and its cultural issues were taken up by the deputy of cultural \u200epropagation [Hujjat al-Islam Hoseyn Tehrani].\u201d\u200e<br \/>\n\u200e \u200e<br \/>\nHis Eminence said, \u201cWe must not go out of the limitations of equilibrium in regard to the \u200eissue of chastity and hijab \u200eand go to extremes.
