A member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom said that that the enemies of \u200eShi\u2019ism and the Shi\u2019ah scholars accuse them of disregarding the Quran and added, \u201cOur \u200ejurists were at the forefront of those who give attention to the Quran and those who \u200esought the Quran first.\u201d \u200e<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
RNA \u2013 Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the first national conference on \u201cThe \u200eIslamic Seminaries, the Shi\u2019ah Authorities and the Quran\u201d which focused on the views of \u200ethe late Ayatollah Mohammad Fazel-Lankarani, Ayatollah Mohammad-Javad Fazel-\u200eLankarani said that today the Islamic Seminaries are accused of distorting the Quran so \u200ethat its voice doesn\u2019t reach anywhere and added, \u201cUndoubtedly, the hand of the \u200eZionists is behind this because the enemies are always afraid of the power of the Shi\u2019ah \u200escholars.”\u200e

\nThe member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom stated that the enemies of \u200eShi\u2019ism and the Shi\u2019ah scholars accuse them of disregarding the Quran and said, \u201cThe \u200eenemies accuse the Sunnis of disregarding the narrations and accuse the Shi\u2019ahs of \u200edisregarding the Quran and for this reason, we seek to eradicate this misconception by \u200eholding conferences on the sciences of the Quran.\u201d\u200e

\nNoting out that Shi\u2019ah scholars pay close attention to the exegesis of the Holy Quran, \u200ehe said, \u201cUndoubtedly, one of the Shi\u2019ah exegeses is equal to one hundred Sunni \u200eexegeses in terms of content because we have also made use of the great sources of \u200enarrations in our exegeses of the Holy Quran.\u201d \u200eAyatollah Fazel-Lankarani emphasized on the superiority and virtue of Shi\u2019ah exegeses \u200eover Sunni exegeses and said, \u201cThe great Shi\u2019ah scholars have always been among \u200ethose who give attention and have been concerned with the exegesis of the Holy Quran \u200eand must not be accused of neglecting the Holy Quran.\u201d\u200e

\nHis Eminence referred to the method of exegesis by the late Ayatollah Fazel-Lankarani \u200eand said, \u201cIn the context of the lack of distortion of the Holy Quran, he also provided \u200every well-founded and well-documented responses and always defended the Quranic \u200esciences.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n

He stated that our jurists were at the forefront of those who give attention to the \u200eQuran and those who sought the Quran first and that the misconception that Shi\u2019ah \u200escholars didn\u2019t pay attention to the Holy Quran must be eliminated and added, \u201cThere \u200eare many examples of exegeses of the religious authorities (the sources of emulation) \u200eover the past hundred years which focused on removing the slander and accusations \u200eagainst the Islamic Seminaries and religious authorities and \u2018Tafsir al-Qayyim<\/em>\u2019 by the \u200elate Ayatollah Sayyed Abdol-Ala Sabzevari is a clear exemplification of this.\u201d\u200e<\/p>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
