The Prayer for Each Day of Rajab, Narrated from Salman from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family)
\nSayyid Radi al-Din Ali ibn Tawus mentioned in his book Misbah al-Za\u2019irin that these prayers were narrated by Salman al-Farsi from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
\nThe First Night
\nWhoever performs thirty units (rak\u2018ahs) of prayer, reciting in each Al-Hamdu (al-Fatiha), al-Jahd three times, and al-Tawhid three times,
\nAllah will forgive his sins, free him from hypocrisy, and record him among those who pray until the coming year.
\nThe Second Night
\nTen rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and al-Jahd, and its reward is as previously mentioned.
\nThe Third Night
\nTen rak\u2018ahs, reciting al-Hamdu once and al-Nasr five times.
\nAllah will build for him a palace in Paradise, wider than the world seven times, and he will be given glad tidings of companionship with the Prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous.
\nThe Fourth Night
\nOne hundred rak\u2018ahs: in the first, al-Hamdu and al-Falaq; in the second, al-Hamdu and al-Nas.
\nAngels descend from every heaven to record his reward until the Day of Resurrection.
\nThe Fifth Night
\nSix rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and al-Tawhid twenty-five times.
\nHe will be given the reward of forty prophets.
\nThe Sixth Night
\nTwo rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and Ayat al-Kursi seven times.
\nIt will be proclaimed: \u201cYou are truly a friend (wali) of Allah.\u201d
\nThe Seventh Night
\nFour rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu, al-Tawhid, and the two protecting surahs (al-Falaq and al-Nas) three times;
\nafter finishing, he sends blessings upon the Prophet and his family ten times and recites al-Baqiyat al-Salihat ten times.
\nAllah will shade him under the shadow of His Throne and grant him the reward of one who fasted Ramadan.
\nThe Eighth Night
\nTwenty rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and the \u201cQalaqil\u201d (short surahs beginning with Qul) three times each.
\nAllah will grant him the reward of the grateful and the patient.
\nThe Ninth Night
\nTwo rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and Alhakum al-Takathur five times.
\nHe will not rise until he is forgiven.
\nThe Tenth Night
\nTwelve rak\u2018ahs after Maghrib with al-Hamdu and al-Tawhid three times.
\nAllah will raise for him a palace in Paradise.
\nThe Eleventh Night
\nTwelve rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and Ayat al-Kursi twelve times.
\nIt is as if he read every book Allah revealed, and it will be proclaimed: \u201cResume your deeds, for you have been forgiven.\u201d
\nThe Twelfth Night
\nTwo rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu, sending blessings upon the Prophet and his family one hundred times, and seeking forgiveness one hundred times.
\nHe will receive the reward of the worship of the angels.
\nThe Thirteenth Night
\nTen rak\u2018ahs: at the beginning recite al-Hamdu and al-Adiyat, and at the end of each rak\u2018ah al-Hamdu and al-Takathur.
\nHe will be forgiven even if he was undutiful (to parents).
\nThe Fourteenth Night
\nThirty rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu, al-Tawhid, and the verse \u201cSay: I am only a human like you\u2026\u201d.
\nHis sins will be forgiven.
\nThe Fifteenth, Sixteenth, and Seventeenth Nights
\nThirty rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and al-Tawhid eleven times.
\nHe will receive the reward of seventy martyrs.
\nThe Eighteenth Night
\nTwo rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu once, al-Tawhid once, al-Falaq ten times, and al-Nas ten times.
\nHis sins will be forgiven.
\nThe Nineteenth Night
\nFour rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and Ayat al-Kursi fifteen times, and likewise al-Tawhid.
\nHe will be given a reward like that of Moses.
\nThe Twentieth Night
\nTwo rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and al-Qadr five times.
\nHe will receive the reward of Abraham, Moses, and Jesus, be protected from the evil of jinn and humans, and Allah will look at him with forgiveness.
\nThe Twenty-First Night
\nSix rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu, al-Kawthar ten times, and al-Tawhid ten times.
\nNo sin of a year will be recorded against him.
\nThe Twenty-Second Night
\nEight rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and al-Jahd seven times; then he sends blessings upon the Prophet and his family ten times and seeks forgiveness ten times.
\nHe will not leave the world until he sees his place in Paradise and dies upon Islam, receiving the reward of seventy prophets.
\nThe Twenty-Third Night
\nTwo rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and al-Duha five times.
\nFor every letter, he will be given a degree in Paradise.
\nThe Twenty-Fourth Night
\nForty rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and al-Ikhlas.
\nAllah will record one thousand good deeds for him, erase his sins, and raise his ranks.
\nThe Twenty-Fifth Night
\nTwenty rak\u2018ahs between Maghrib and Isha with al-Hamdu and the surah Amana al-Rasul.
\nAllah will preserve him.
\nThe Twenty-Sixth Night
\nTwelve rak\u2018ahs with al-Hamdu and al-Tawhid forty times.
\nThe angels will shake hands with him.
\nThe Twenty-Seventh Night
\nTwelve rak\u2018ahs.
\nThe Twenty-Eighth and Twenty-Ninth Nights
\nWith al-Hamdu, al-A\u2018la ten times, and al-Qadr ten times, then he concludes the prayer.
