From the struggle leading up to the revolution to the revolution itself, from the 8 year war to the struggles of society today, \u00a0the scholars have been on the front lines as role models of self-sacrifice for the people to follow. Their presence was also seen during the revolution day demonstrations taking place throughout the country.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Taking part in the revolution day demonstrations in Qum was Ayatollah Nasir Makarem Shirazi and he expressed his view regarding the relation between Iran and America. \u201cToday America is trapped in a very big mistake of their own doing. The lack of respect and insults has increased the distance between Iran and themselves.
