Ayatollah Noori Hamedani, welcomed the blessed month of Ramadhan and spoke about the message of this holy month.<\/p>\n
He stated: \u201cEvery month carries with it a message which is in relation to whatever takes place in that month. For the blessed month of Ramadhan this message is the invitation from God Almighty.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u201cThrough fasting we protect the relationship we have with God who is the host of this institution.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Explaining the importance of recognizing his favour upon us, his eminence stated: \u201cEvery creation that God has created has been guided by Him and within the system of creation there is no existence that has been deprived of His guidance.\u201d<\/p>\n
Listing the titles awarded to this month by God, the Ayatollah said: \u201cGod Almighty, out of all the months, has classified the blessed month of Ramadhan as the month of His mercy. He has assigned five titles to this month of which the first is the month of Islam as this has a special manifestation in the lives of Muslims.\u201d<\/p>\n
Mentioning the second title as the month of fasting, his eminence continued: \u201cThe month of rising for worship is its third title, the month of purity and cleanliness is its fourth and the fifth titles is the month of improvement, meaning the month of divine tests.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ayatollah Noori Hamedani concluded with a reminder of a tradition from the Prophet Muhammad (s) about the qualities of a worshipper and their worship: \u201cThe Holy Messenger (s) stated in a tradition \u2018The most virtuous are those that love worship, worship God with affection, each part of their body is busy in worship and they leave aside the best time for worship.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
