## D. Attempting to Corrupt the Youth Generation

One of the methods employed by Global Arrogance is cultural invasion targeting the youth—the generation that represents the greatest asset for any society, upon whom the hopes for reform and the continuation of the journey rest.

Regarding the attempts of arrogance to invade the minds of the youth, Imam Khamenei, may his shadow endure, says:

> “Since the enemy has realized that this nation has become united through the blessing of faith, and that it has found a leader who never fears the major powers because of that faith, it has become hostile toward our faith and our Islam. It employs media and political means to label us with descriptors they believe will damage us—descriptors we consider our glory, such as calling us ‘fundamentalists.’ We are proud of returning to our Islamic roots, and therein lies the secret of our strength.

> The propaganda of Global Arrogance has been concentrated in recent years on undermining our Islamic faith. However, our people will not overlook those who have subjected Islam and faith to any form of insult, because Islam is everything to this nation. Islam and Islamic faith are the assets of our dignity and our victory, and it is faith that rectifies both our worldly life and our hereafter.”
