Lessons from the stances of Abu Dharr (may God be pleased with him)

### 02-A- Reflection and Contemplation
To worship your Lord;
That is the ultimate purpose for which humanity was created.
But, what does worship truly mean?
Is it merely performing many prayers and fasts?
It is true that prayer is worship and fasting is worship, but what is the *best* form of worship?
The Noble Prophet (PBUH) says: “An hour of reflection is better than seventy years of worship.”
Reflecting on the beginning and the end, and determining the kind of path one creates in life, is considered among the best forms of worship. This is how Abu Dharr understood the meaning of worship; therefore, it is stated in the noble Hadith: “The most frequent worship of Abu Dharr, may Allah have mercy on him, was reflection and contemplation.”
