Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned U.S. airstrikes that targeted several monitoring and surveillance facilities on the country’s southern coast, stating that these attacks demonstrate that the U.S. administration places no value or credibility on its commitments.

The ministry affirmed Iran’s determination to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of what it described as U.S. military aggression, stressing that the American attacks constitute a violation of the United Nations Charter and a breach of the first clause of the memorandum of understanding.
