Mr. Al-Houthi: Normalization Increases the Oppression of Peoples, and the Enemy Seeks to Strip Lebanon of Its Means of Power
February 26, 2026,

The leader of the Ansar Allah movement in Yemen, Mr. Abdul-Malik Badreddin Al-Houthi, confirmed in his ninth Ramadan lecture on Thursday, February 26, 2026, that what the Arab regimes are doing under the guise of relations and normalization with the “Israeli” enemy only increases the oppression of the peoples. He pointed out that in light of this blind approach by governments and regimes, the cost of enabling the “Israeli” enemy is extremely high, and there will come a time for their departure and demise.

Mr. Al-Houthi explained that the stance of the nation toward the “Israeli” enemy is related to whether the divine promise will be fulfilled sooner or later, with the costs being very high in the latter case. He emphasized that despair serves the enemies and provides no result for protecting the nation, safeguarding its legitimate rights, or ensuring its safety from the evil of that enemy. He also noted that the “Israeli” enemy is not secretive about its aggressive and expansionist intentions publicly, boasting now that it possesses the largest bank of skins in the world made from the skins of the Palestinian people.

Regarding the Lebanese arena, Mr. Al-Houthi stressed that what the “Israeli” enemy is doing to the Lebanese people and its ongoing targeting of Hezbollah is aimed at stripping Lebanon of all its means of power and protection. He affirmed that the “Israeli” enemy is not interested in “peace” with Lebanon, as the deluded and foolish may imagine.

In conclusion, he criticized the Arab positions, saying that some are offering the Palestinian people statements to relieve themselves of blame, while providing money to the “Israeli” enemy.
