**Head of the Iranian Judiciary: We Will Exert Our Utmost Efforts to Accomplish the Tasks Entrusted to Us**

In a letter addressed to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba Khamenei, in response to his decree reappointing him as Head of the Judiciary, Hojjat al-Islam Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei affirmed that he would exert all his efforts to carry out the tasks entrusted to him in the best possible manner.

According to the Judiciary’s Media Center, Mohseni-Ejei emphasized in his letter that he will adopt the directives and recommendations of the Martyr Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei, alongside the points raised in the letter of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba Khamenei, on the occasion of this year’s Judiciary Week, as a methodology and guiding light for himself and all judiciary personnel.

The letter stated:

*In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,*

*To His Eminence, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba al-Hosseini Khamenei (may his shadow be extended), peace be upon you, and God’s mercy and blessings.*

*I extend to the presence of Baqiyatullah al-A’zam (may our souls be sacrificed for him) and to Your Eminence, my deepest condolences and sympathy on the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Master of the Free, Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and his loyal companions, as well as on the anniversary of the martyrdom of our Martyr Imam, Sayyid Ali Khamenei (may God be pleased with him) and his noble family.*

*I also express my sincere thanks and appreciation for your precious trust in reappointing me as Head of the Judiciary, asking God Almighty, and the Master of the Age and Time (may God hasten his noble reappearance), to grant me success and assist me in fulfilling this great responsibility.*

*With the help of God, I will exert my utmost efforts to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to me in the best manner possible, and the directives and recommendations of our Martyr Imam, along with the valuable observations you provided on the occasion of this year’s Judiciary Week, will remain a guiding light and a methodology for my work and the work of all my colleagues.*
