News – Middle East: A senior Gaza media official affirmed the Israeli enemy is systematically violating the Gaza ceasefire agreement and pursuing a policy aimed at making the besieged enclave uninhabitable.
Tayseer Muhaysin, adviser to Gaza’s Government Media Office, told Almasirah on Saturday that the Israeli enemy has committed more than 3,100 violations since the ceasefire agreement was signed, stressing that the ongoing attacks amount to a deliberate campaign of killing and destruction across the Strip.
He said the Israeli enemy is implementing a “strategy of engineered killing,” while simultaneously creating conditions intended to force life in Gaza to collapse.
Muhaysin also highlighted the worsening humanitarian crisis, noting that thousands of displaced Palestinians are living amid severe health hazards caused by rodents, insects, and thousands of tons of rubble left by homes destroyed by the Israeli enemy.
He added that more than 980 Palestinians have been martyred in Israeli enemy attacks since the ceasefire took effect, arguing that the Zionist entity has used the agreement as cover to continue its military campaign with continued US backing and the failure of mediators to halt the violations.
The Gaza ceasefire agreement, reached after months of Israeli aggression that devastated large parts of the territory, was intended to halt hostilities and facilitate humanitarian relief.
Palestinian officials and resistance factions have repeatedly affirmed the Israeli enemy’s violation of the truce through airstrikes, killings, restrictions on aid deliveries, and attacks on civilians, warning that the continued breaches have deepened Gaza’s humanitarian catastrophe and undermined efforts to secure a lasting end to the war.
